Returns & Warranty Policy.

​At Alphatronix Solutions, your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of the industrial components we sell. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements.

 

​1. General Return Eligibility (30 Days)

​We accept returns on physical products within 30 calendar days from the date of product receipt. To be eligible for any return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

 

​2. Alphatronix Error (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

​This section applies if the fault lies with Alphatronix Solutions or the shipping carrier.

​Policy: If your product arrives damaged (DOA - Dead on Arrival), defective, or if we shipped the incorrect item (e.g., wrong part number, wrong connector type), please notify us immediately.

​Resolution:

Alphatronix Solutions will cover 100% of the return shipping costs (we will provide a prepaid return label).

We offer the customer a choice of either an immediate replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

​Note: All claims for shipping damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required to process carrier claims.

 

​3. Customer Error Returns (Non-Defective Items)

​This section applies when a product is ordered incorrectly (e.g., wrong sizing, incompatibility, or buyer's remorse).

​Eligibility: We accept returns within the 30-day window, provided the product is unused, uninstalled, and sealed in its original manufacturer packaging.

​Fees and Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

All refunds are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. This fee covers the cost of inspection, testing, reprocessing, and administrative expenses.

​Items Not Eligible for Return:

Products clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

Products that have been installed, modified, or altered in any way.

Software or downloadable digital products.

 

​4. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

​All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

​Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us via our 'Request a Quote' form or email with your original Order Number and the reason for the return.

​RMA Issued: We will review your request and issue an RMA number, along with detailed return instructions, usually within 1-2 business days.

​Shipping: Clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the package. Packages returned without a visible RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender.

 

​5. Refunds

​Once your return is received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days after delivery), we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
